About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Data Operations Coordinator Apprenticeto support the efficient operation and growth of our renewable energy projects. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in digital systems data management and business operations. As part of this apprenticeship you will complete the Level 3 Data Essentials Apprenticeship equipping you with the skills to analyse manage and use data effectively to enhance decisionmaking and business efficiency.
This is an officebased role with exciting opportunities for growth into supervisory or management positions.
Key Responsibilities & what you will learn:
- Data Management & Analysis: Assist with data collection input and analysis to improve project operations and accuracy.
- Project & Resource Coordination: Support planning and tracking of renewable energy installations using digital tools.
- Scheduling & Administration: Use data insights to schedule engineers and manage workflows efficiently.
- Stock & Inventory Monitoring: Track stock usage trends to support procurement decisions.
- Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Handle inquiries provide updates and maintain records with digital tools.
- Reporting & Process Improvement: Generate reports analyze trends and suggest process improvements.
- Digital Tools & Data Skills: Learn Trello Slack and field management software for business operations.
- Industry & ProblemSolving Skills: Gain knowledge of renewable energy operations and datadriven decisionmaking.
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organised and detailoriented.
- Comfortable working with digital systems and learning new software.
- Strong problemsolving skills with an interest in using data to improve business operations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Eager to develop new skills and grow within a dynamic company.
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (AC) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

Location: Brampton CA8 2NE (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).
Salary: 20000 per annum
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
