About Position / Position Summary
IT&DA has a diverse and large range of suppliers with various subscription plans services and billing cycles. The company utilizes a complex billing system that requires meticulous attention to detail to prevent billing errors disputes and revenue leakage. Therefore the need for a dedicated Associate Billing Analyst has become evident to maintain the highest standards of billing accuracy improve supplier relationships and Boeing internal Stakeholder satisfaction. The billing analyst role involves scrutinizing billing data recognizing billing anomalies and suggesting improvements to the billing process to ensure that invoicing is accurate and punctual.
The perfect candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills pay close attention to details and be capable of working efficiently in a fastpaced setting during USA business hours. The anticipated benefit from the position includes revenue Optimization cost reduction compliance and risk Mitigation with improved supplier relationships and Boeing internal stakeholder satisfaction.
This role will be based out of Bengaluru India.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyze billing data to identify billing issues and trends
Investigate billing discrepancies and work with ISC IT Finance supplier and IT Business partners to resolve issues
Recommend process improvements to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Collaborate with supplier and various Boeing stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers ISC IT business partners and IT finance.
Generate and distribute billing reports/ statements and invoices.
Main strong working relationships with suppliers and Boeing internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate and complete billing records and documentation
Assist with other accounting and finance functions such as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
A bachelors degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field with over 5 years of experience in billing and financial analysis.
Technical SkillsProficiency in billing systems and software (SAP Ariba Application) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Analytical SkillsStrong analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify discrepancies and implement corrective to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
CommunicationExcellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with USA based suppliers and internal teams. Ability to explain complex billing issues in a clear and understandable manner.
Team PlayerCollaborative mindset to work effectively within crossfunctional teams. Willingness to share knowledge and work during USA business hours.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5years of experience as a Billing Specialist in Finance or similar role
Strong team player
Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills and resource optimization skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately
Experience with a large customer base and high transaction volume
Ability to translate and analyze data into reports
Understanding of Billing Audits
Passion for numbers and financial data
Proficiency in MS Suite MS Access and Automation tools
Critical thinker and problemsolving skills.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 Plus years related work experience or Masters Degree with 4 years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
