The Education Business Consultant is responsible for partnering with the client account team in support of clients to help them achieve success with the PowerSchool products utilized by students school and district teachers counselors and administrators. When a need is identified by the account team the Education Business Consultant will engage with a client to share best practices and product knowledge to drive improved usage and adoption of the identified PowerSchool products. This role will work in coordination with the account team during various client touch points to discuss various aspects of the partnership including but not limited to monitoring adoption of implemented software consulting on productspecific best practices aligning district goals to product solution usage and mitigating risk identified by the account team. The Education Business Consultant will not have an assigned book of clients but will support clients in a designated geography on an asneeded basis. The primary objective of an Education Business Consultant is to strengthen the understanding and adoption of the customers investment in PowerSchool solutions to ensure retention and continued valued partnership long term.
The Customer Success team focuses on ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with our products through satisfaction retention and growth.
