As the State Manager Queensland you will take on responsibility as well as accountability for the regional business operationally and strategically.
Furthermore you will take on a functional leadership responsibility aligned with the management of Cloud customer accounts including account management strategies as well as engagement and expansion plans to ensure profitable growth of the business in the state.
This role requires a senior professional with the expertise and experience to help customers maximise the value that they receive through the SAP product offerings.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing daily business operations as well as developing and managing sales and growth strategies for the Queensland region
Work in partnership with operations and support teams responsible for our geographic and strategic industry customers to develop our market presence in the region
Development and management of forecasting account penetration plans and customer engagement plans that will deliver business outcomes
Conducts customer business and opportunity diagnostics to analyse business case drivers to identify program risks and to establish action plans that deliver near term results and continue to improve business processes related to our value proposition
Work with the management to develop and execute quarterly plans that improve solution adoption and increase revenue renewals across the assigned customer portfolio
Develops deep relationships with key decision makers within the Customer
Assists customers with transformational change by facilitating and coordinating crossfunctional involvement with solutions consulting and services delivery
Drives customer satisfaction and meets or exceeds accountspecific revenue and profitability goals for the account portfolio
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a technical or software or business related field
Prior experience managing executive customer engagements and communications
Prior experience in a technical role with a thorough understanding of SAP software solutions and their delivery would be of benefit
Strong business acumen and curiosity to enhance your knowledge of SAP products and customers
Experience working at a fastpaced/growing company demonstrated ability to operate in a customercentric fastpaced entrepreneurial multicultural environment
Knowledge of existing and developing technologies and cloud computing
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English
Outstanding interpersonal skills ability to build trusted relationships influence and drive actions by others to achieve set goals and manage multiple stakeholders across an organization in a growth period
Independent and selfmotivated works well under pressure and possesses a strong sense of ownership to execute initiatives endtoend in order to meet tight deadlines
Highly organised and able to multitask competing stakeholder requests
Innovative mindset to create and improve processes to successfully optimise atscale
