Your next career opportunity
As the Executive Officer to the Executive Director and Academic Registrar youll be at the heart of highlevel university operations. Youll have the opportunity to provide support for the Executive Director in terms of both governance and administrative activities. Your role will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of university leadership contributing to the institutions overall success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Executive Operations: Diary management preparation for meetings and management of shared inboxes with discretion and efficiency.
  • Support governance activities in the Executive Directorate: Draft reports correspondence and presentations for the Executive Director ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
  • Coordinate HighLevel Meetings: Arrange and support executive meetings including preparation of agendas minutes and followup actions.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Investigate and implement changes to enhance administrative and operational outcomes across the portfolio.

You may be a great fit if:

You are a highly organised professional with experience in executive support roles excellent communication skills and the ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion in a fastpaced higher education environment.

You may also:

  • Have relevant qualifications and/or equivalent combination of experience in executive support roles.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft 365 suite with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Embody the University and COO Portfolio values of service excellence and collaborative working relationships.
