You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this psychiatrist needed in Augusta GA to join a comprehensive clinical care team managing emergency room patients and inpatient consults at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. Job Summary:As a Psychiatrist at Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS) you will be part of a unique mental healthcare system. IPS is a Georgia based healthcare organization consisting of neuropsychologists psychologists and MA level therapists that provides mental health services to a variety of facilities including hospitals PM&R rehab centers nursing homes jails OP clinics and schools. We also have an extensive outpatient program in Georgia and Florida. We have an integrated earlyintervention approach to mental healthcare that benefits patients staff and the facilities we work with. Founded in 2019 we are in an exciting growth stage with multiple expansion opportunities in the nearterm and opportunity for growth and leadership within the Candidates:Psychiatrist licensed in the State of GeorgiaBoard Certified or Board Eligible in PsychiatryAbout Position:In this role you will be focused on providing psychiatric care in an outpatient setting with consulting hospital privileges. The role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations developing treatment plans prescribing medication and evaluating treatment results. You will also be responsible for supervising Nurse is a fulltime position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with limited call.
