Job context: EHS is a fundamental aspect of managing an organization as it impacts on all the functions within the organization Injury accidents results in a great deal of pain and suffering where assets material employee & customers involved which has direct and indirect impact on the business.
Team MemberSafety is responsible for facilitating compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines. Team Member safety main goal will be to always ensure safe working environment and prevent any injuries and accidents.
The major challenges involved are:
Fitting: Difficult to ensure high level of EHS system in regions and to the store or a facility level. Budget constraints make it more difficult to ensure inbuilt safety during design and project commissioning stage.
Alignment: Role would require in producing reports and developing relevant policies and aligning with the business objectives (With minimal operational risks).
set: Ability to be calm and composed in case of emergency and ability to take the decisions which can impact the life of employees.
Skills: Role requires Excellent organizational and motivational skills with Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. To make people understand importance of safety and to change the safety behavior among the work force is the organization is a big challenge.
Management: Monitor evaluate and review existing new and upcoming health and safety legislation and ensure that the ABFRL has systems and procedures in place to meet legal compliance and other requirements.

Drive EHS in design Planning and routine activities
Ensure accident Investigation Reporting & Corrective action
