Attractive position suitable for candidates interested in a creative job in the field of quality mechanical and electrical engineering. In this role you will be part of Quality Team supporting a wide variety of projects in Grid Automation business. As an FMEA Facilitator you will collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization to improve quality of products and processes.
Tasks:
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of new and existing products
- Facilitate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) workshops.
- Collaborate with all departments involved in development of new product or manufacturing process.
- Lead design reviews of products under development phase (mainly: Electronics Relays etc. using Design FMEA.
- Ensure high quality of whole FMEA activity and correct application of the method.
- Coach the development team in FMEA method.
- Consult on R&D projects with regard to quality improvement opportunities.
- Introduce innovative solutions and ideas to improve design and process.
- Share expertise and knowledge between different development sites.

Background/Experience:
- Masters degree in Engineering (preferably: Electronics Electrical Engineering).
- 5 years of experience in a technical role (Quality Engineering or R&D).
- Willingness to contribute to the entire design process of electronic devices including definition of requirements simulation development of schematics PCB design prototyping testing and verification.
- Competences in design of electronics for industrial applications.
- Practical knowledge of FMEA for electronics.
- Practical knowledge of Reliability Engineering as well as hardware life time testing (ALT and HALT) is a plus.
