- Coordinate and schedule installation appointments for HVAC systems
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions
- Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth installation process
- Maintain accurate records of installation appointments and customer information
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in sales coordination required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
