Nutrition Services Substitute TBD
This is a Substitute Position.
3.5 hours/day.
DEFINITION
Under the supervision of the Nutrition Services Manager receives direction from the Nutrition Services Coordinator assists with food preparation serving and cleanup activities in a school kitchen. Performs other work as required.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
Employees in this position assemble and cook food and perform other duties as assigned by the Nutrition Services Specialist or the Nutrition Services Manager.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
Duties include but may not be limited to: providing sound customer service; hot and cold food prep work cooking packaging and assembling food cleanup; cash handling and performing deposit entries; maintaining records and sanitation standards in accordance with health department and federal codes; being able to take task assignment from NSIII in the kitchen; complying with district required training; being able to perform duties on meal count software email and other computer programs as needed; operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively; other duties as assigned to support the goals of the department.

High school diploma or equivalent as required by Oregon Administrative Rules Oregon Department of Education. Possession of a food handlers card (Clackamas County). (Must obtain food handlers card within thirty 30 days of date of hire.
