Enterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) is a Roche crossfunctional and crossdivisional network of master data specialists and subjectmatter experts developing governance frameworks and maintenance processes to ensure highquality and trusted master data as the backbone for seamless business operations data analytics and digitalization.

The Opportunity
In the Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Analyst role you are responsible for the dedication towards undisturbed business activities by committing to Service Level Agreement. In this role you will ensure that technological architecture meets user requirements and will support the whole data maintenance related queries including data quality lifecycle management and monitoring. Execute the daytoday activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business subprocess. Follow the instructions of the Cluster Lead Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Partner domain regarding the daily work coordination and propose process and system improvements across multiple divisions. Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Finance Procurement Sales and Supply Chain organizations.
Handle incoming incidents and provide 2nd level support to Roche Affiliates and global IT based on ITIL methodology.
Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions performing process analysis redesign and implementation.
Manage data cleansing and lifecycle identify automation/optimization opportunities and develop business cases for improvements.
Maintain documentation (SOPs Knowledge Base User Guidance) manage audit controls (ICFR) and develop/deliver training (including delta and Train the Trainer).
Lead coordinate and participate in RSS and global IT projects ensuring effective project management.
Ensure the maintenance and improvement of business/IT procedures facilitating change management and ongoing user support. Crucially this role coordinates operational changes before and after Aspire (no deployment involvement) requiring high flexibility and strong Stakeholder Management.
Responsible for overseeing the transition and ensuring operational continuity in Riga throughout the Aspire project lifecycle leveraging prior training experience.

Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken) alongside strong customer centricity and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP (FI MM CO SD) and 35 years of Master Data management experience is desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team with a focus on details and innovation.
Skilled in multitasking prioritization and possesses analytical thinking.
Project experience is desirable.

Salary starts from 2300 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidates level of experience skills and qualifications.
