Associate Global Security Operations Center INThis role will be extensively working with Global Security Technology team. The role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daytoday operations of the GSOC ensuring the safety and security of personnel assets and information across multiple locations globally. This role involves strategic planning team leadership risk assessment incident response and fostering collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to enhance security measures and incident response capabilities..
- Oversee the monitoring analysis and response to security threats and incidents in realtime.
- Utilize advanced security technologies and tools to maintain situational awareness and proactively identify potential risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to safeguard personnel assets and critical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement security measures aligned with global standards and best practices.
- Develop and execute incident response protocols ensuring swift and effective response to security incidents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during crisis situations to mitigate risks and minimize impact
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders external partners and law enforcement agencies to enhance security intelligence and response capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports analysis and presentations on security operations and incidents to leadership
- Lead mentor and manage a team of security analysts and operators in a 24/7 environment
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience- 2 Years Required; 3 Years Preferred
