Job Description

THE POSITION

If you want to support fiscal and administrative functions by providing leadership for budget fiscal and lease management operations then we want to talk to you. Apply today!

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Administrative Officer 3 you will supervise and direct the daily administrative operational fiscal and contractual management for the Bureau of Community Health Systems which includes 59 state health centers 6 districts and a central office. You will prepare monthly expenditure reports oversee the preparation of all fiscal assignments consult with the Bureau and Division Director and develop standard operating procedures and guidelines. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail toprioritize and reviewing work as well as monitor program functions and recommend efficiency improvements. In addition you will be the point of contact for the Comptrollers Office Budget Office and Procurement Office while serving as the Bureau Continuity of Operations (COOP) Manager and information technology (IT) liaison.
