Job Description

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an allelectric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an allelectric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What Youll Do:

  • Administration of our existing equity compensation programs
  • Partner with senior leaders and business partners to drive and ensure the success of Archers compensation programs
  • Assist in preparing materials for Comp Committee and Board of Director meetings
  • Evaluate pay for executives and top management and perform benchmark analysis to ensure that salary and incentive packages are competitive
  • Provide analytics and support in all aspects of executive compensation
  • Collaborate with Legal Stock Administration Finance and other members of the People Team CoE to provide data and help prepare compensation related materials
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and planning to continuously improve our compensation programs and processes
  • Use strong communication and analytical skills to drive understanding of compensation philosophies practices and administration among leaders managers to assist in cascading to all levels of the organization

What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in a U.S. public company preferably at highgrowth company
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a deep interest in analyzing data to drive sound decisionmaking
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles practices and regulations including job evaluation methodologies market pricing and incentive plan design
  • Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous continuously changing fastpaced environment
  • Critical thinking and collaborative problem solving skills that contribute to the greater success of the function and drive desired organizational results

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in compensation management is a plus
  • Global compensation experience
  • Experience in manufacturing airline or international preferred
