Job Description

EINFRA is one of the most powerful Romanian groups with an activity of over 27 years. The Group brings together the activities of Electrogrup Nova Power & Gas Netcity Direct One and Wesee companies active in the field of energy infrastructure and telecom projects. Alongside these the EINFRA Group has been constantly developing andtoday has over 1300 employees.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Group HR Department able to deliver best candidate experience and recruitment process executionwith focus on four main markets: Construction Telecom & Energy Infrastructure as well as Smartcity projects.

Location: Bucharest Romania on site

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute full candidate lifecycle recruiting.
  • Develop and maintain candidate flow using proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Keep up to date with knowledge of industry employment trends internal compensation benefits etc.
  • Prepare negotiate and extend offer packages to candidates.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
  • Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Develop and manage university & professional schools recruiting and internship program.
  • Report on recruitment activity on a regular basis and prepare reports as required.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in the full lifecycle talent acquisition process in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
  • Discipline and a cando attitude.
  • Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
