As a member of our BPS Team youll work side by side with Managers and Leadership Team with many opportunities for valuable learning and mentoring.
- Timely validation of tickets with an eye for details
- Updating quality log
- Documenting findings preparing reports and making recommendations
- Creating SOPs
- Creating Quality Dashboard
- Updating various Quality reports.
- Communicate with various departments concerning process workflow and due dates.
- Should be able to prioritize work
WHAT YOULL BRING
- A detailoriented person who can perform varied tasks with minimal errors.
- Organized with good time management skills manage multiple priorities strong followup skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong decisionmaking and analytical abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications and incorporate the same in the process.
- Proven ability to quickly identify areas of improvement in the process and establish a scalable process to fill in the gaps with minimal additional steps.
- Communication skills Exceptionally professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a High Pace and HighPressure group environment.
- Proven work ethic and team player mentality.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts 6pm to 3am) and overtime if needed.
- Required Qualification and Experience:
- 46 years of experience working in a QA role involving crossfunctional coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic experience using various Internet browsers.
- Sound Microsoft Office experience.
- Proficient in using MS Excel for data comparison and analysis generating ondemand reports for executive leadership. (VBA will be an added advantage)
- Candidates must have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and holding them accountable for committed timelines without risking the companys relationship.
