Claims Assessor
Location:Knaresborough
Salary:26000
Hours:Fulltime Monday Friday 9:00 17:00

Our client is seeking a datadriven and processoriented individual with excellent telephony skills to join their professional and wellestablished team as a Claims Assessor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a respected company in a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly process claim form requests
- Process claims in line with agreed practices
- Identify and report any potential complaints to the Claims Manager
- Handle all incoming telephone enquiries
- Provide accurate and timely advice to members anticipating potential issues
- Perform other office duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Process driven
- Confident telephone manner
- Claims experience preferred but not essential
- Strong IT skills
- Professional and patient demeanour
