IMEG is growing and wed love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Data Analyst Intern in our Rock Island IL Office. As a Data Analyst Intern you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and provide internal clients with valuable information that they can use to improve decision making. Main duties include identifying gathering and analyzing data and making their insights accessible to the company through easytounderstand graphs charts tables and reports.
Principal Responsibilities
- Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easytounderstand formats such as diagrams and graphs
- Preparing reports and presenting to management or internal clients
- Gather and present requirements to other IT team members
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
Required Skills/Abilities/Experience:
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of SQL Python and/or Power BI
- Oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal facilitation and consultative skills
- Logical analytical and critical thinking skills
Education
- Working towards a degree in a similar field of study
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship
Pay Range $22.00 24.00. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
