OVERVIEW
Founded in 1947 by Nina Vance the Alley Theatre is a pioneer of regional theatre and one of the leading nonprofit theatre companies in the United States. The Alley has been awarded the prestigious Regional Theatre Tony Award and the Texas Medal of Arts Award. The Alley has transferred productions to Broadway OffBroadway major European Festivals and to 40 American cities. Rob Melrose Artistic Director at the Alley took over as artistic leader of the organization in 2019. His vision for the future of the Alley is both thrilling and ambitious. JOB STATEMENT
The Ticketing Services Manager oversees aspects the of ticketing operations ensuring seamless processes and coordination for the Guest Services team to provide exceptional patron service experiences. Responsibilities include managing gift passes comp tickets and press tickets. Additionally the role involves higherlevel Tessitura work such as building events promo codes season packages and generating comprehensive reports for decisionmaking. The Manager assists in proofing marketing materials administers NCOA changes and suggests policy/procedural improvements. Flexibility is required to provide occasional coverage in Guest Services and to assist with marketing efforts by extracting lists for analysis and promotions. Collaboration with the marketing leadership team is essential to implement seat releases and pricing changes effectively.
