Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Associate Systems Engineers (Requirements Architecture and Design) to join our Government Training Engineering team in support of Mobility Surveillance & Bombers programs in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. This role will focus on the development of requirements architectures and designs for training systems in support of E3 AWACS E7 Wedgetail B52 Bomber and KC46 Tanker programs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops technical requirements architectures and designs (RAD) to support complex training systems and simulations.
• Identify and define interfaces and information flows across internal and external subsystems.
• Works with multidisciplinary team to track progress of system development.
• Engage with other key stakeholders such as Integration & Verification Software Hardware Design Chief Engineer and Program Management.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City OK.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
• Experience developing requirements architectures and designs.
• Ability to travel 1020 of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 2 years developing requirements architectures and designs.
• Knowledge of JIRA GIT and other work management software
• Experience with Systems Engineering Best Practices
• General working level knowledge of tactical aircraft avionics systems subsystems and components to include flight controls radar communications and weapons power distribution etc. This includes the requirements operating principles design variables performance and key interfaces
• Experience in aircraft simulation and/or training devices
• Experience working with the Systems Engineering Lifecycle including System Requirements Reviews Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews Test Readiness Reviews and/or Technical Working Groups
• Experience using Requirements/Test tools such as CMPro DOORS and Cameo
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework enterprise (SAFe) or Agile in general
