Senior AuditorWhat does a successful Senior Auditor do at Fiserv
At Fiserv within the dynamic world of our Corporate Assurance & Advisory Services (CAAS) department we are dedicated to delivering exceptional audit and advisory services that elevate the performance of Fiserv and our clients. As a Senior Auditor you will be a key player in refining a diverse range of auditsspanning operational compliance financial and infosecurity/cybersecurity.
Your proactive efforts will not only solidify your role as an esteemed auditor but also provide you with invaluable insights into the everevolving payments industry its core operations and its regulatory landscape. Together we will forge new paths of excellence and innovation.
What you will do:
- Direct and supervise the lifecycle for each assigned audit including the planning process of field work including scheduling interviews and walkthroughs reviewing materials designing and executing audit testing analyzing results and drawing conclusions using the CAAS Audit methodology and standards within the allotted time scheduled.
- Prepare and lead internal and external status meetings
- Document test results and conclusions preparing the draft and final audit report and drafting the summary of issues.
- Manage the audit lifecycle directing the work efforts of Staff Auditors identifying risks and dependencies ensuring quality and timely work products coaching and providing feedback to Staff Auditors and contributing to the continuous professional development of the staff.
What you will need to have:
- 4 years of audit experience applying Auditing principles methodology and standards in a riskbased environment across a variety of audit areas at varying degrees of complexity
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education work and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- 2 years of experience within the financial services or fintech industry strongly preferred
- CPA CIA CISA CFE or other applicable professional certifications or have the desire to pursue a certification strongly preferred
