What you will do in this role

In everything they do our client believes in doing right by and for people their clients their clients customers their employees communities and the planet.

As an Account Manager you will:

  • Secure new customer wins for Cloud
  • Maximize upsell and crosssell opportunities by collaborating with Sales Agents Solution Specialists client sales teams and channel partners
  • Actively monitor pipeline collect feedback and update involved parties on closure; support close plan
  • Collaborate with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions
  • Where TCM doesnt exist curate and connect to customers an ecosystem of bestofbreed solutions in territory driving growth in customer acquisition consumption & usage
  • Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence; highlight partner capacity and capability needs and key opportunities to the Partner Management team
  • Control key performance indicators and run rates of pipeline
  • Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer and partner needs

Your qualifications

Youre a great match if you:

  • Are native or proficient in Dutch and fluent in English
  • Have 36 years of experience in technologyrelated sales or business development
  • Have worked within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment (preferred)
  • Understand key enduser scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions
  • Have demonstrated knowledge of identity authentication security privacy and compliance as they relate to cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred)
  • Hold a Fundamentals certification
  • Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning
  • Have experience with cloudbased productivity collaboration and communication solution designs migrations and technology management
  • Hold a Bachelors degree ideally in computer science mathematics or engineering
  • Have a proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement
  • Possess excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
