Join our Air & Water Solutions team as an Inside Sales Professional where youll be the voice of our brand for customers across your assigned territory. In this role youll manage inside (phonebased) sales and account management efforts build strong customer relationships and help drive business growth in the Pro channel. If youre passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding sales targets we want to hear from you.

How Youll Create Possibilities

What Youll Do

  • Meet or exceed sales and margin targets in your assigned territory
  • Sell a broad portfolio of GE Appliances Air & Water products to both new and existing Pro customers
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to uncover new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Build strong customer relationshipsfrom initial outreach to closing dealsto meet quarterly and annual goals
  • Execute proactive call schedules to drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with distributors to share leads and strengthen the Pro sales channel
  • Support customer account setup and assist with service and postsale needs
  • Leverage digital tools to enhance your sales performance and efficiency
  • Provide product education and technical guidance to customers as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Limited travel required

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3 years of sales or closely related experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and a resultsdriven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in appliance air or water product sales
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Proven success in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent written verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
  • Comfortable working with all levels of internal and external partners
  • Previous phonebased sales experience
