Post:JuniorQuality Engineer
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical
Salary:Up to 3.00 LPA
Work Profile:
- Responsible for in process quality and final outgoing quality for swing arm wheel rim with tyre assembly Trailing arm Handle Bar.
- Warranty sign off with analysis.
- IPO preparation and presentation.
- Preparation of inspection agreement.
- Facing run at rate audit for the new product.
- SPC study plan and action plan
- MSA Bias Linearity study and plan
- PPAP report generation.
- Maintaining the documents of ISO/TS 16949:2002.
- In process inspection & Final inspection.
- Process validation.
- Analysis of customer complaints as well as inhouse rejection.
- Various instrument & gauges handling.
- In process audit as per standards.
- Monitoring the process qualification. Ex. Weld penetration)
- Knowledge of PokaYoke & Kaizen.
- Relation Gauges & Welding fixture calibration and make MSA study reports.
- Coordination with suppliers &internal customers like Production department Development Department Supply Chain department about Quality problems Analysis & Corrective Action Report to reduce Quality problems of incoming material
- Development activities for Minimizing Manufacturing Processing Cost Consumable cost Productivity Improvement. Reduction in Rejections Maintaining Quality Standards.
- Developing valueadded production solutions. Continuous process improvement for cycle time reduction
- Adhering safety standards related product safety human safety and equipment safety etc. adhering to TS standards
- Initiate IPO activity.
- Plan &Maintain calibration record for all instrument and gauges
- Awareness Of FMEASPCCAPAPPAP.
- PIS submission.
