Job Description
The Bonadio Group has a tremendous opportunity for a business and advisory consultant to manage client assignments working directly with Partners to provide engagement solutions in a variety of settings including: operational efficiency studies; internal control evaluations policy and procedure reviews; financial reporting and analysis; cost reduction studies and special projects. Special projects may include fraud investigations forensic accounting and litigation support.
Responsibilities
Work directly with Bonadio Partners to assist clients with a variety of financial and operational studies and projects
Communicate directly with clients to perform information gathering interviews request data and documentation and present final reports analyses and recommendations
Conduct consulting fieldwork interviews walkthroughs processmapping exercises data analysis compliance testing etc.
Perform testing and analytical procedures with large datasets
Write comprehensive reports detailing project procedures observations findings and recommendations based on work completed industry research experience and knowledge
Manage multiple ongoing consulting engagements simultaneously
Supervise consulting staff working on engagements
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a bachelors degree in accounting business advisory business analyticsproject management or another related field of study as experience will be considered in lieu of specific degree concentrations
A minimum of three years of related experience
Governmental accounting experience a plus
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
Ability to work with a team of multidisciplined professionals
Ability to travel if needed travel is estimated to be about 15
The salary range for this opportunity is between $65000 $80000 per year and is commensurate with experience.
Hours of Operation:
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday
We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however at peak times additional hours may be required
