Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy &
- Develop and implement a global compensation philosophy
- Establish job leveling frameworks salary ranges and career progression models tailored for a diverse workforce
- Analyze market trends salary surveys and benchmarking data to ensure a competitive edge
- Review performancebased bonus structures retention incentives and recognition programsthat drive engagement
- Oversee compensation cycles including salary reviews merit increases and bonus allocations
- Assist in executive compensation and international mobility pay structures ensuring alignment with business goals
Analytics & Reporting
- Provide strategic insightson compensation workforce trends rewards and performance using HRIS tools (Excel UKG Tableau)
- Lead total rewards reporting
- Manage compensation survey submissions budget tracking and vendor partnershipsto optimize processes
Collaborating Across the Business
- Work closely with People & Culture teamsto integrate compensation strategies into broader talent retention and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with global leadersto provide guidance on pay decisions market benchmarking and recognition frameworks.
- Develop communication and education materialsto educate employees and managers on compensation and recognition principles and rewards programs
Qualifications:
Required
- Expertise in salary structures pay equity market benchmarking and recognition strategies
- Previous experience in building executing and optimizing compensation programs
- Advanced analytics and HRIS skills(Excel salary surveys dashboards and possibly HRIS)
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills working crossfunctionally with executives and HR teams
- Handson problem solver who can balance strategy with
- Communication and collaboration are key skills in this role
Work Experience Education and Certifications
- 5 years of experience in global compensation total rewards and analytics
- University degree or college diploma (Business Administration HR) or related work experience
- Any relevant certifications
