The Role:
We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Terry Hills group home with 2025 hours per week.
Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes personal care administrating medication manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.
Monitoring the wellbeing of clients and reporting on their progress.
Being part of a fun and dynamic team.
Requirements:
Experience as in support worker role such a disability or aged care
Ability to work day split shifts and weekend (as above)
A current NSW Drivers License (P2 minimum).
Live locally to the Northern Beaches.
