Service Manager
Busy Bees at Port Melbourne is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our passionate team and provide highquality care and education for children and families in our community.

Essential Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Manager or Centre Director in Early Childhood Education
Diploma or Bachelors qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Indepth knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) EYLF and regulatory standards
Strong skills in compliance budgeting rostering and operational management
Proven ability to lead mentor and support educators and build a highperforming team
Demonstrated ability to engage with families and build positive relationships
Valid Working with Children Check First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Teachers Registration (if applicable to state regulations)
