The starting base payfor this role is between $140000 and $200000 with a total earnings potential of up to $220000 at target.
In this leadership (team management) role Associate Director Commercial Data Reporting and Sales Analytics you will be responsible for building maintaining and improving the sales reporting and analytics capabilities for specific CooperSurgical businesses. You will be responsible for leveraging commercial data developing insightful reports and providing actionable sales analytics to drive strategic decisionmaking and improve overall sales performance. You will work closely with sales marketing and other crossfunctional teams to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
In addition you will execute highimpact projects that leverage data to drive business decisions and growth. You will design and implement complex analytical models develop descriptive diagnostic predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions and provide strategic insights that influence key business strategies.
As a senior team member you will mentor junior colleagues collaborate crossfunctionally and lead initiatives to advance the organizations analytical capabilities. This role will be based onsite at either our Trumbull CT or Livingston NJ locations.
