Job Description
The data asset manager will be part of a highly innovative team disrupting the way real estate asset managers operate. We increase the financial and environmental performance of the assets by identifying the most impactful actions on tenant management user experience and ESG. Our decisionmaking models are based on a large set of data collected including building operations financial and services data.
Our clients include top institutional investors investment funds REITs and operators. Our teams interact at a very strategic layer with both top management and operational asset/portfolio managers.
This position is the key contact for our real estate clients and requires delivery of strategic recommendations to increase portfolio value. You will be using our advanced data platform designed and developed by our product and data teams.
Objectives:
Build and manage strong relationships with our clients
Formalize client needs and datadrive the asset management strategy
Interpret data for asset managers by identifying highly valuable opportunities in their portfolios analysing risks and modelling the impact on financial and environmental performance
Contribute to the set up and execution of an innovative data asset management methodology
Develop and maintain partnerships with real estate asset managers operators and proptech players
Contribute to product development by gathering clients needs to design and implement new features
Support business development actions
