Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accurate and timely update of all incoming inventory within the DC
- Daily monthly quarterly annual reporting of shipment discrepancies resulting in reimbursement of short shipments
- Strong communication between Order To Cash Allocation and Canadian head office departments to ensure up to 98 fill rate of orders
- Solid understanding of inventory flow to reiterate accuracy issues and take corrective actions
- Accurate timely and meaningful facility reports assisting in reconciliation of receipts.
- Strong communication among peers that works effectively in the changing business needs and arising inventory issues
- Reconcile and enter data in system perform release adjustments cycle counts analyse correct validate and ensure timely update of receipts of the FGI for allocation
- Verify accuracy of manual inventory input against systemgenerated reports and perform necessary adjustments to reconcile data
- Adhere to controls and hold other departments accountable
- Prepare required paperwork for all Reworks requests
- Raise & initiate issues surrounding domestic and Overseas contractors
- Analyse and modify exception reports to ensure accuracy of FGI
- Reporting and dashboard monitoring
