Job Description

The Baltimore office of Hogan Lovells seeks an outstanding midlevel to senior associate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join our leading Tier 1 M&A practice representing clients on domestic and crossborder transactions in a broad range of industries including technology aerospace & defense consumer life sciences education automotive diversified industrial and candidates will possess experience in M&A joint ventures strategic alliances and restructurings and the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client teams. Familiarity with securities issuances and venture capital/private equity financings is a plus. A strong desire and ability to integrate into a collegial team environment is critical including mentoring and supervising more junior associates.
