Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Intake Manager the Pharmacy Patient Advocate Coordinator will assist with organizing all activities relating to patient financial assistance.
The Pharmacy Patient Advocate Coordinator will keep open lines of communication with their immediate supervisor and/or manager and partner closely with other pharmacy and functional departments to ensure synergies and crossdepartmental effectiveness.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous Experience: Two 2 years of experience with financial assistance programs in a pharmacy or medical setting is required.
Six months minimum experience within Rx To Go Pharmacy.
Previous experience in a coordinator or lead role preferred.

Selfmotivated and selfstarter with ability work independently with limited supervision.
Must be able to work effectively in a fastpaced multisite environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook required.
Proficiency in CPR ONCO and ORCA required.
Certifications/Licenses: Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) license is preferred. Travel: 25
