We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Dallas TX Houston TX or Austin TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role serves as a trusted business advisor providing tailored advice and solutions to clients regarding program management while managing an account load and acting as a liaison between various Marsh resources and clients. Additionally it involves partnering with Risk Practices for business placement interacting with insurers for documentation and supporting account retention and growth through crossselling efforts.

We will count on you to:

  • Be a member of the project risk advisory team assisting owners developers and contractors with wrapup program (OCIP/CCIP/Rolling) design and project administration for large local and national construction projects.

  • This includes the of Marsh projectspecific casualty solutions which can include multisite and rolling wrapup Program Manager is responsible for acting as an advocate and advisor for clients leveraging the full breadth of Marshs expertise in construction with a particular focus on the Western Region.

  • Engages contractors and subcontractors directly to facilitate participation in clients wrap up closely with Project Administrators in smooth of wrap up carrier audits and program closeouts.

  • Collaborates with other advisory and placement colleagues as needed.

What you need to have:

  • 3 years of experience in insurance wrap/construction insurance and OCIP/CCIP experience required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.

  • P&C license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

  • Great communication skills (verbal and written).
