Youll be a handson problem solver with a knack for fixing things from minor carpentry to troubleshooting plumbing issues. Your strong communication skills and flexible solutionfocused approach will help you thrive in our diverse team and give excellent customer service to our tenants.
What can you expect to be doing
Youll perform minor maintenance repairs in both tenanted and vacant properties tackling tasks like patch and paint minor carpentry boarding up of windows replacing and repairing fixtures and troubleshooting minor plumbing and electrical issues.
Youll manage your own inventory ensure all equipment is operated and serviced in accordance with site procedures and/or manufacturers instructions and capture the maintenance tasks performed.
Youll also support our lead staff and trade specialists in renovation projects making a real impact on the lives of our tenants.
