Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Graphic Communications (GC) team in Macquarie Park.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager Direct your key focus will be to deliver a highquality customer experience from the initial client contact through to onboarding and ongoing account management.

In your new role you will be the primary point of contact for customers on a daytoday basis with queries about products services orders and implementation taking the lead on managing any changes within the account.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the GC Specialist team to identify opportunities review account health and fulfil the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal Commercial Legal Sales Operations Billing and Pre/Post Sales Teams to support the GC Sales Specialists from inception to deployment
Review account performance with the GC Specialist team through data and market insights to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies (including Sales Plans) to increase customer retention and engagement
Manage account enquiries to ensure a Customer Happy Experience (CHX) is delivered

Skills & Qualifications

Proven Inside Sales or Customer Success experience preferably within a technology environment
Strong CRM and MS Office skills including MS Excel and Web Presentation tools
Superior organisational and multitasking skills
Great track record in managing customer expectations
