Job Description


Role Description:

This is an amazing opportunity for someone to develop their career into Sales for one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. In this Sales Coordinator role you will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities managing customer relationships managing pricing communication customer reports and ultimately contributing to achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
  • Customer and market research trend analysis / collating market reports
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer support
  • Manage and update sales presentation materials and customer reports
  • Manage a number of smaller accounts
  • Sales Forecasting
  • Assist with customer and product set up
  • Update CRM and maintain sales records
  • Take ownership of the sample process and delivery of samples to customers
  • Attending customer meetings and tradeshows where necessary
  • Assisting senior sales management team


The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
  • Proven track record with at least 12 months experience in sales administration
  • Excellent telephone manner and proven customer service skills
  • Able to interact with people of all professional levels
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry and sales processes is preferred

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Office based core hours
  • Potential for travel to customer events and overnight stays as required
