SAITs Continuing Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) focuses on noncredit programs supporting corporate training the individual learner and international projects. We create courses and programs for lifelong learning with careers at our core. Our courses range from exploring general interests to upskilling for career advancement and reskilling for career changes. We complete all background activities required to set up our products for students to purchase and experience several delivery options.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager Product and Learner Success the Product Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a suite of products across CEPS product stack. This entails coordinating tactical aspects including making scheduling and cancellation decisions driving product renewals and maintenance leading the product sunsetting process and supporting the Business Development team so they can effectively sell products domestically and internationally. The Product Coordinator also provides support for events and gotomarket strategies for various products.
This position supports the Product Manager with conducting competitive reviews mapping the learner journey preparing funding reports conducting product retrospectives managing inbound licensing and preparing instructor orientations.
The roles focus is on ensuring quality programming maintaining accurate and comprehensive website content driving instructor and learner satisfaction reducing course cancellation rates and working collaboratively across Continuing Education and Professional Studies and SAIT.
