About the Role:
The overall purpose of the role is to make significant contributions to the teaching effort in the Speech Pathology discipline and to contribute to the College through academicrelevant administrative scholarly and professional activities.
The position of Senior Lecturer in Speech Pathology will design and teach units including online and preparatory material as well as convene units of study. The successful applicant will be required to teach into the undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University supervise Honours and project students as well as have some supervisory responsibilities for staffing.
The role is available to backfill the current incumbent who is taking parental leave. The role is being offered on a fulltime fixed term basis 14 months approx) at the classification of Academic Level C. For full time appointments the salary range $134005 $154514 plus 17 superannuation classification working 36.75 1 FTE) hours per week. However parttime requests will be considered with a minimum time fraction of 0.6 22.05 hours per week).
The appointment could also be either a TeachingFocused or Teaching and Research academic position depending on the research track record of the successful candidate.
