Job Description
The working position is Hybrid On Site and Telework With the option to work remotely up to 80 of the time.
Job Description/Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work on multiple projects that support the mission of the agency
- Will perform advanced seniorlevel business analysis work as well as user experience design work to ensure a positive and productive end user experience.
- Will ensure design decisions are grounded in user experience and research and adhere to agencywide design standards and industrywide best practices and will partner with the product team and other key stakeholders on design solutions.
- Serves as the conduit between the program/customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow.
- Will be involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline the focus is shifted towards the management of the requirements specification and verifying the fulfillment of all requirements including requirements for enhancements postimplementation.
