Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Guide and Executive Housekeeper Couple for an exclusive luxury private lodge in Pilanesberg. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic skilled couple to join a wellestablished team and contribute to the continued delivery of worldclass guest experiences.
Package Includes:
Livein accommodation
All meals while on duty 3 meals daily)
Laundry service provided
21 days on duty 7 days off
21 days annual leave per person
Salary: R30000 R35000 combined (negotiable based on experience)
Senior Guide Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum 5star lodge experience in a guiding capacity
FGASA Lead Trails highly advantageous
All guiding documentation must be valid and up to date (FGASA DEAT ARH First Aid PDP etc.
Excellent vehicle knowledge and maintenance understanding
Strong communication hosting and presentation skills
Confidence maturity and stability under pressure
A genuine passion for wildlife hospitality and conservation
Must be willing to commit longterm with potential for growth
Valid driver s license and PDP required
Excellent references essential
Executive Housekeeper Responsibilities & Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury lodges essential
Ability to lead train and manage a team of housekeepers and supervisors
Oversee all housekeeping operations across the property
Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene cleanliness and guest readiness
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management advantageous
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a highpressure environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A natural leader with charm humor and a commitment to guest satisfaction
Uphold and enforce health safety and aesthetic standards throughout the lodge
