Job Description
Senior Receptionist Private Game Reserve Limpopo
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Senior Receptionist for a prestigious private game reserve located in Limpopo. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service in a luxury bush environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest checkins and checkouts with professionalism and efficiency
Operate and maintain the Opera reservation system (Opera experience is essential)
Handle guest inquiries both in person and via email/phone in a courteous and prompt manner
Coordinate guest arrivals activities and departures in line with lodge standards
Ensure accurate billing payment processing and daily cashups
Support lodge management with administrative tasks when required
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
Liaise with all lodge departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
Requirements:
Minimum 23 years experience in a similar frontofhouse or receptionist role
Proficiency in Opera reservation system is a nonnegotiable requirement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Wellgroomed professional and guestfocused
Willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment
