Job Description
We are currently seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team.
Hours are Monday through Thursday from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm Friday from 3:30 pm to 6 pm and every other Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. The pay rate is based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
- Greet and assist customers pleasantly and professionally.
- Assist customers withcash check and credit card transactions.
- Closing out invoices via the computer.
- General office duties include filing making copies and scanning documents.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
- Ability to effectively share information with co-workers and customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic math aptitude.
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient computer skills and office skills.
- Positive attitude and disposition.
