Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Warehouse Assistant and Customer Service to join our team. In this role you will primarily handle move load and unload materials in the warehouse. Additionally youll also provide support as Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Loading unloading and moving products and materials by hand or by using equipment such as a forklift.
- Counting weighing sorting packing and unpacking products of various sizes to make sure shipments are safe.
- Keeping an inventory of products in the warehouse and making sure everything is in the correct place and ordered if needed.
- Receive and sort incoming parts.
- Keeping the area safe and ensuring the safety of other warehouse workers.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse.
- Working with others within the warehouse to make sure daily procedures are done.
- Informs the Supervisor of all defective materials.
- Handling customer complaints questions and providing excellent customer service when required.
- Data entry and record keeping.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as Warehouse Associate and Customer Service role is preferred; familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with strong focus on efficiency accuracy and safety.
- Ability to communicate in English: verbal and writing (advanced level).
- Ability to lift frequently push and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 pounds from floor to shoulder heights

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm ; Saturdays from 10am to 1:30pm
Hourly Salary: starting from $19/hour
