We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage optimize and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce administration a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive CRM efficiency and user adoption. This role requires handson technical skills strategic thinking and a passion for leveraging Salesforce to support organizational goals.
- Administrator certification is required
- Data/File migration experience required
- At least 68 years of proven Salesforce administration experience
- Indepth knowledge of the platform features and limitations experience with APIs and integration with external systems
- Analytical background with experience in building and maintain SFDC reporting templates for sales analysis
- Previous reengineering experience updating an existing configuration to enhance and improve functionality and automation
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including Flows Process Builder and Lightning Experience.
- Strong understanding of data modeling SOQL and Salesforce security models.
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Zapier or Salesforce APIs) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Apex/Visualforce or Lightning Web Components is a bonus but not required
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning migrations or implementations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with other CRM platforms or related technologies (e.g. HubSpot Dynamics 365.
