Location: Pahrump NV (Onsite Only Not a Remote Role)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Property Management Coordinator to support the daytoday field operations of our residential rental portfolio in Pahrump. This is an onsite role ideal for a dependable detailoriented professional who excels in the field understands unit readiness standards and is comfortable managing vendor relationships and tenant concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform movein moveout and annual inspections including digital photo documentation and condition reports.
Source coordinate and oversee vendors (e.g. cleaning maintenance landscaping handyman services).
Conduct postservice walkthroughs to ensure quality control before tenant occupancy.
Handle escalated tenant concerns and emergency calls (low volume but must be reachable 24/7.
Post and mail legal notices (e.g. 7day and 30day notices).
Oversee unit turnovers ensuring they are documented and movein ready within target timelines.
Conduct weekly walkthroughs to identify proactive maintenance needs.
Upload reports and documentation to our property management portal.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
3 years of experience in property management field operations or similar roles.
Strong working knowledge of unit condition standards basic repairs and vendor oversight.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Own a reliable vehicle and smartphone with camera functionality.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without supervision.
Comfortable with using technology to upload reports photos and notes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with property management platforms (e.g. Doorloop).
Property management license (not required but a plus).
Existing local vendor contacts in the Pahrump area.
