Role Summary
As a Payroll Specialist you will play a key role in supporting our clients to ensure the compliance reliability and efficiency of their payroll operations. You will work in a variety of contexts to address complex issues optimize existing processes and support the implementation or improvement of payroll systems. You will also contribute to the production of thorough analyses and the application of payroll best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Advise clients on complex cases (retroactive payments leaves allowances etc..
- Provide user support and contribute to training to help strengthen their autonomy.
- Build and maintain strong trustbased relationships with clients acting as a key resource for payrollrelated matters.
Payroll Services and Projects
- Oversee payroll processing in multisite or multijurisdictional environments.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax and legal requirements.
- Participate in the implementation optimization and automation of payroll solutions.
- Prepare and validate regulatory reports (T4s RL1s etc. and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct process analyses and recommend sustainable improvements.
Internal Development
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and the creation of internal tools or guides related to payroll best practices.
- Participate in strategic monitoring of payroll systems legal requirements and industry trends.
What We re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll consulting.
- Indepth knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation (CPP EI income tax employment standards etc..
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulations in diverse contexts.
- Proficiency with payroll systems (Ceridian ADP Employeur D etc. and collaborative tools.
- PCP or CPM certification (a strong asset).
- Degree in accounting business administration or a related field.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
