Job Description

Position: SPED Teacher Apply Today!

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a forwardthinking Special Education Teacher to support early learners aged 3 5 in a collaborative inclusive classroom environment. This is more than a teaching role it s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a pivotal stage in a child s development.

As an LBS1certified educator you ll partner with families related service providers and classroom staff to design and implement developmentally appropriate individualized learning plans. You ll leverage playbased learning and evidencebased practices to nurture growth across social emotional cognitive and physical domains.

In this role you ll help create a structured and encouraging environment where young learners feel safe seen and supported. Youll monitor student progress contribute to IEP meetings and continuously adjust your teaching strategies to meet each child s evolving needs. With a strong emphasis on building independence and promoting positive behavior your classroom will empower students to thrive and grow.

Requirements

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education or a closely related field.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and positive behavior supports.
Preferred: Experience working with students with disabilities in early learning or elementary settings.
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Early Childhood Special Education or LBS1 endorsement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.
