Job Type: FullTime / Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Alternate Saturdays (First and Third Saturday) off.
We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Backoffice Executive to support our operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent organizational and communication skills. This is an entrylevel role ideal for a female fresher looking to begin a career in backoffice operations and administration.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Manage and maintain office documents files and records.
Update and manage databases spreadsheets and other records.
Ensure all documents are filed accurately and updated regularly.
Email and Communication Management:
Handle emails and communicate with internal teams and clients.
Assist in drafting reviewing and responding to official correspondence.
Support to Front Office and Team:
Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.
Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for executives.
Processing Orders and Tracking:
Assist in processing orders ensuring that they are accurately tracked and delivered on time.
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Inventory and Supply Management:
Monitor and maintain office supplies ensuring that stock is replenished when required.
Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of office equipment and materials.
General Administrative Tasks:
Perform other general office duties including answering phone calls organizing files and managing office calendars.
Assist with any ad hoc tasks as directed by management.
Education: Freshers with a Bachelor s degree in any field (preferred).
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication in English. Ability to interact professionally.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers scanners).
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem Solving: Ability to handle issues independently and seek solutions proactively.
Time Management: Efficient in managing time and workload under pressure.
Female candidates preferred (entrylevel role).
A positive attitude team spirit and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in an office setting (internships or volunteer work) is a plus but not mandatory.
