Job Description

Job Title: Backoffice Executive (Female Fresher)

Location: Talegaon Dabhade Labtech Innovations

Department: Administration / Operations

Reports to: HR Manager and Director

Job Type: FullTime / Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Alternate Saturdays (First and Third Saturday) off.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Backoffice Executive to support our operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent organizational and communication skills. This is an entrylevel role ideal for a female fresher looking to begin a career in backoffice operations and administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry and Documentation:

    • Manage and maintain office documents files and records.

    • Update and manage databases spreadsheets and other records.

    • Ensure all documents are filed accurately and updated regularly.

  2. Email and Communication Management:

    • Handle emails and communicate with internal teams and clients.

    • Assist in drafting reviewing and responding to official correspondence.

  3. Support to Front Office and Team:

    • Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.

    • Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for executives.

  4. Processing Orders and Tracking:

    • Assist in processing orders ensuring that they are accurately tracked and delivered on time.

    • Coordinate with vendors suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.

  5. Inventory and Supply Management:

    • Monitor and maintain office supplies ensuring that stock is replenished when required.

    • Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of office equipment and materials.

  6. General Administrative Tasks:

    • Perform other general office duties including answering phone calls organizing files and managing office calendars.

    • Assist with any ad hoc tasks as directed by management.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Freshers with a Bachelor s degree in any field (preferred).

  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication in English. Ability to interact professionally.

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers scanners).

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle issues independently and seek solutions proactively.

  • Time Management: Efficient in managing time and workload under pressure.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Female candidates preferred (entrylevel role).

  • A positive attitude team spirit and willingness to learn.

  • Prior experience in an office setting (internships or volunteer work) is a plus but not mandatory.
