You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Home Leaseholder Manager for our public sector client based near Grays on an initial 3month contract (expected to last around 10 months) paying 400 to 500 per day inside IR35.
This role allows hybrid working 23 days per week on site.
Proven skills working with the following:
Leaseholder engagement and leadership across large property portfolios
Right to Buy legislation and application processes
Section 20 consultation and major works billing
Service charge setting invoicing and compliance
Resolving complex leaseholder queries and disputes
Coaching and managing highperforming housing teams
Policy development and stakeholder communication
The role involves:
Leading all aspects of homeownership services for over 940 leaseholders across 10000 properties
Overseeing major works and ensuring Section 20 consultations are delivered within statutory timeframes
Managing service charge processes billing accuracy and income collection
Acting as the service lead for leaseholders and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Ensuring full legal compliance across all leasehold and Right to Buy services
Representing the council in tribunals and stakeholder forums where required
Driving continuous improvement innovation and service transformation
